What we do.

Who are we? We’re Neogine, a communication design company focused on brand.

What do we do? We evaluate, create and monitor brands and express them through the language of design.

How will this benefit you? Brand is at the centre of your business performance. A concerted brand cuts to the heart of what makes your company function, influences every decision made and message communicated in and out. If you're not actively creating your brand, you're letting random forces create it for you, because brands ‘happen’ managed or not.

Don't believe it? How many times have you tried a new hotel, airline, or bank on the strength of a promise, only to be let down by the experience? Or how many times have you thought poorly of a company only to be pleasantly surprised by their performance? Plenty, right? That’s because most companies don’t deliver on the reality of their brand and are too focused on marketing. They are operating in a ‘brand gap’ and their customers are confused.

At Neogine, we believe that an organisation is much like the human condition. Your business is a sense of self, or purpose at its core, its heart. This is communicated, (planned or unplanned) through your interactions with suppliers and customers. When your business is healthy, it’s heart and it's interactions are aligned through brand.

Only then can you deliver what you promise to your customers and close the brand gap.

As a brand-oriented agency we've developed a unique methodology to help you achieve this. We employ a 5-step plan that’s akin to training a body to get it fit. We listen to the heart of your organisation, find out it’s real goals and design bespoke communications plans (large and small) to help you achieve them. We implement the changes and continue to help you evolve your brand—much like regular check-ups with your personal trainer. And more than that, we give you the tools to manage your own brand health so ultimately, you're brand independent.
