The Property Group is a major, national player in large scale property acquisition and management. Despite their long-standing reputation, they had never viewed their brand as anything more than a logo.
After a collateral audit we could clearly see the challenge. The company lacked a consistent, coherent voice to convey its personality, professionalism and breadth of services. They had no sales or marketing tools and staff were producing items in an ad hoc way. The numerous offices had different requirements, which were being resolved independently without any holistic view to the company direction.
We captured their story with a down-to-earth credible voice. Images, icons and a series of messages were created to reflect their services, express their passion and show-off their savvy. These brand elements were then applied to a system of collateral items that were flexible enough for national use. The system revitalised the existing logo and had room to reflect the ongoing growth in the company. We helped integrate and focus the entire business as a national brand, not just a logo.
