Cerno brand refresh

Cerno is a leading-edge organisational psychology firm helping companies reveal insights about their people, review candidates for key management roles, or assist CEOs improve their performance.

We provided brand redevelopment of their existing identitiy and related collateral from printed material to online resources.

Cerno had an existing brand created some ten years prior that was somewhat dated and didn't reflect the advancements their company had made. Our job was to evolve the brand without loosing its heritage and create something that would last them another decade with only minor updates.

We retained their existing logotype, but reinvented the rest of the brand into a modern but extremely pared back and minimalist design. This better reflected their own processes and gave them much needed flexibility when applied to collateral material. The results have been well recieved and existing clients still recognise their identity as familiar but fresh.
